I have over 26 years of experience in regulatory compliance, operational risk, information security and cyber security, information technology, digital banking, and business developments. Successfully drove change, managed complex projects over consumer banking, digital banking, and led the Internal Audit transformation for several organizations. I am enthusiastic about driving change and adding value to my stakeholders and developing new leaders. I supervised large teams and complex projects in Digital Banking, Consumer Banking, Asset Management, and Capital Markets. I have had exposure to diverse cultures and the wonderful opportunity to work in LATAM, Mexico, United States of America, and India.
Discovering my life's purpose through life coaching, I now serve as a Certified Life Coach, committed to assisting women in navigating complexity, overcoming obstacles, and unlocking their genuine potential to be more successful, committed, inspired, and empowered to change their lives.
My credentials include an MBA in Finance, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Fiduciary Investment and Risk Specialist (CFRIS), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Cryptocurrency Expert (CCE), and have a Professional Life Coaching Certification from the Life Purpose Institute.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my passion for sharing my knowledge and educating new and future leaders. Empowering and coaching women is a driving force behind my success, both personally and professionally. My proficiency spans across both conventional and virtual classroom settings, playing a crucial role in nurturing the development of genuine women leaders. I trained, coached, and mentored colleagues, clients, and breast cancer patients for several years.

I was a breast cancer mentor for several years at Georgetown University Hospital, DC, and have been supporting so many other women, friends coaching them through their personal journeys and challenges.
I published a book describing my journey through breast cancer (Patricia decides, believes, lives. Facing breast cancer with a positive attitude), offering empowerment to numerous women seeking strength and inspiration for enhancing their lives through challenging times. Within its pages, I share an array of tools, resources, practices, and my deep personal learnings aimed at fostering better health and overall well-being. It offers a notable example of a personal healing process.
Furthermore, I am also finalizing my next literary endeavor, "Your Infinite Power” designed to catalyze extraordinary change from the inside out, and steer individuals toward greater fulfillment and happiness in their personal journeys and life.
