We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or products.
The amount of any sales, use, or other taxes, however designated, levied or based on such prices shall be added to the prices shown. Promotions and/or discounts may be offered from time to time on the Website and may be subject to additional terms, limitations, and restrictions. In order to take advantage of such promotions and/or discounts, you agree to comply with any terms, conditions, limitations, or rules presented to you as a condition of participation in any such promotional offer.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain Services or products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy designed for Master Her Inner Power LLC.
On-line Products - Return Policy:
All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Please contact us at masterherinnerpower@yahoo.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us via email within 30 days of the order date with proof of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon receiving your email, you will receive the replacement as soon as possible.
Policy Acknowledgment: By engaging in Master her Inner Power coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
Services – Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered. Refunds are not provided for canceled sessions. Payments for sessions are non-refundable. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and this also requires a great commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.
If you have paid in advance and need to reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance, please contact us by email or phone to reschedule the session. Sessions; not canceled 48 hours in advance or if you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice; will not be refunded.
For cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, the session will be considered as delivered, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
In the unlikely event that the life coach needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule the session as soon as possible.
Policy Acknowledgment: By engaging in Master Her Inner Power coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services and products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Services or products that we offer. All descriptions of Services or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Services or products at any time.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
By submitting this information, you grant us the right to use and provide the information to third-party service providers, including payment processors, to facilitate your purchase. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
If any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate shipping information, we are under no obligation to re-send the Product to you, and you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources).
